This case study delves into the journey of the largest chain of gadget repair franchises in India, as they tackled significant challenges with their existing management portal. The initial system, developed by another company, suffered from issues such as improper database structure, hard-coded elements, poor coding practices, and a cluttered front-end design. To address these shortcomings, client embarked on a comprehensive redevelopment initiative. They focused on improving the user experience, streamlining the database structure, and introducing new modules to scale up the project. Furthermore, Developed a mobile application to cater to the increasing demand for on-the-go access.
Project Requirements
Inefficient Database Structure: The initial system had an improper database structure that hindered data management and retrieval processes. It resulted in sluggish performance, data inconsistencies, and difficulty in scaling the project.

Employers can create company profile and view available profile for hiring. Employer can bid on profiles to hire candidates. There are multiple stages of hiring all of them are being managed on website.
